Accessibility

Dracula’s is proud to be an inclusive entertainment experience. We strive to provide a knock-out experience to all our customers, regardless of their individual circumstances.

PLEASE CONTACT THE BOX OFFICE ON 1800 DRACULAS TO MAKE A BOOKING SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

Dracula’s is a wheelchair accessible venue, including the Mausoleum entry experience, gift shop and the theatre. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor at the rear of the auditorium.

Should you require a reserved car space, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking by calling 1800 DRACULAS.

Unfortunately, the Ghost Train and Cocktail bar are only accessible via stairs, and as such are not wheelchair accessible.

DEAF & AUSLAN USERS

Our Box Office will work in conjunction with the group to ensure appropriate access, seating and information is provided ahead of time.

This includes, but is not limited to the following items, which will be discussed and arranged on an individual basis:

  • A site visit and meeting with venue management to ensure appropriate seating and access.
  • Complimentary tickets for interpreters to attend ahead of time for preparation.
  • Access to scripts and song lists ahead of time. Please note, that Dracula’s is a live, variety show and there may be some variations in scripts night to night.

COMPANION CARD HOLDERS

Dracula’s proudly accepts Companion Cards for our 'B-Reserve' ticket types (not valid for A-Reserve), and will provide a complimentary equivalent ticket for the carer. Valid Tuesday to Thursday nights, pending availability. Companion Card bookings must be made over the phone and mentioned at time of booking. The valid card must be presented on arrival. Management reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.

"I want to thank the business for the free carer ticket. It allows our special adults to do and participate in more things when cost isn’t prohibitive. I also wanted to acknowledge all the staff and performers for how inclusive they were. Thank you for a very special night." Robin, Customer Review

ASSISTANCE ANIMALS

Certified assistance animals are welcome at Dracula’s. To ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons, assistance animals must be kept on a lead, never left unattended, and wear a designated vest that clearly identifies their role.

Guests attending with an assistance animal may be asked to provide evidence of the animal's status. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we reserve the right to restrict entry.

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please have on hand one of the following:

Accredited Assistance Animal Certification: A valid Guide, Hearing, and Assistance dog identity card, or a valid application notice.

Transit/Government Pass: A Translink Assistance Animal pass or an interstate equivalent.

Non-Accredited Assistance AnimalsIf your animal is not formally accredited but fulfills an assistance role, you must provide:

  • A medical certificate or documentation from a qualified health clinician verifying your requirement for an assistance animal.

  • Training organisation information verifying training and hygiene standards.

  • The current vaccination status of the assistance animal.

Please keep in mind, Dracula's is a loud, live rock show environment that includes strobe lighting and atmospheric effects.

Should you have any questions regarding accessibility, please don’t hesitate to contact our Box Office, who will be more than happy to discuss these with you.
